Community Health Workers Symposium Exhibitors’ Information

From 21 st February to 23 rd February 2017, over 400 participants including

researchers, policy makers, funders, implementers, civil society,

students and other stakeholders from national and international

organisations will gather at Hotel Africana in Kampala, Uganda for the

Community Health Workers Symposium organised by Makerere

University School of Public Health in partnership with Nottingham Trent

University (UK) and Ministry of Health (Uganda).

We are now accepting applications to exhibit at the Symposium. To

register, please complete the exhibition registration form and send it to

chwsymposium@musph.ac.ug and copy stanmukama@musph.ac.ug

Exhibition fees

All local exhibitors are expected to pay a standard fee of 500,000

Uganda Shillings while international exhibitors pay 300 GBP. The fee

caters for the exhibition space and meals during the 3 days of the

symposium for only one person doing the exhibition but does not include

accommodation, dinner and transport. Organisations sending more than

one person to exhibit are required to pay 200,000 Uganda shillings or 75

GB (for international exhibitors) for every extra person.

Exhibition dates and times

Exhibitors will be expected to put up their exhibitions on Tuesday 21 st

February at 7:00 AM and remove them on Thursday 23 rd February at

6:00 PM.
